Aaron Hernandez’s Status Listed As “Day-To-Day” By Prison Gang
"He's in very real danger of getting cut" says inmate holding shiv

BOSTON – Former Patriots TE Aaron Hernandez, indicted Thursday by a grand jury on first degree murder charges, had his status downgraded to “day-to-day” by Los Malos Diablos, the reigning prison gang at the Bristol County House of Corrections where Hernandez is currently awaiting trial.

“Yes, I can confirm that Aaron is around purely on a day-to-day basis at this point,” said Diablos member Axel Delgado, while fingering a crude shiv made from a rusty razor blade attached to an old toothbrush. “It’s very possible that he’s going to get cut sometime before September.”

“As a rookie here in our system, Aaron has struggled with his protection. In the sense that he hasn’t been paying it to us like we told him to,” added fellow Diablo Sergio Vasquez. “So we’re planning on moving him to a new position.”

When asked to clarify the position to which Hernandez would be moving, Vasquez pointed to a shadowy area of the prison yard and said, “over there, beneath that pile of concrete beams and cinder blocks.”

According to prison sources, Hernandez will remain on the day-to-day list for the time being, but the two Diablos agreed that status could change in the very near future.

“Well, I would label him as ‘highly doubtful’ to be available on Sunday,” said Delgado. “Not for any particular game or anything. Just, you know, in general.”

“There’s always the possibility that he might get ‘gang tackled’ at some point, and he could be facing the possibility of ‘sudden death,’” added Vazquez. “At that point, we would declare him officially ‘out.’”

The convict paused, then added, “we’re planning on murdering him, is what we’re trying to say.”

Something something “tight end,” something something “wide receiver,” something something “prison rape” :duck:

Report: Aaron Hernandez was heavy angel dust user

Aaron Hernandez was a heavy angel dust user and close to being cut by Bill Belichick because of his conduct, according to a new report.

Rolling Stone did some serious investigation into the life and background of Hernandez for a story called “The Gangster in the Huddle.” In a tease to the informative story, the magazine reveals six shocking items about the former New England Patriots tight end, who has been charged with first-degree murder in one case and may be facing murder charges in another case.

According to Rolling Stone’s Paul Solotaroff, Hernandez was a heavy angel dust user and so paranoid because of the drug that he began carrying a gun everywhere.

Angel dust is the street name for PCP, which is one of the most dangerous drugs around. It can be smoked, inhaled or ingested, and can completely alter a person’s mentality, making them very aggressive and violent in some cases.

Solotaroff says Hernandez surrounded himself with gangsters and cut himself off from his family and teammates.

Hernandez reportedly infuriated Belichick by missing practices and living the thug life, and was one misstep away from being cut.

Both of Hernandez’s parents had criminal records, as did most of his extended family. Hernandez’s mother cheated on her husband with a violent drug dealer, and then married the drug dealer and moved him into their home after her husband died.

Solotaroff also says Urban Meyer may have helped cover up positive drug tests while Hernandez was in college at the University of Florida. He says Meyer may have helped cover up two violent incidents involving Hernandez, both of which have previously been reported — a 2007 shooting in Gainesville, and a bar fight in which the tight end assaulted a bouncer. We previously wrote that Florida may have paid off the bouncer in that case.

Hernandez fell in the NFL Draft because of concerns over his character and drug use. The Patriots still rewarded the talented tight end with a $40 million contract extension last August that included $12.5 million guaranteed.

Though most of this information is shocking, some of it has been slowly emerging. We shared a recent report that said Hernandez’s mother was part of an illegal gambling operation. There was another story saying that Hernandez’s mother was once stabbed by her second husband.

Te capit, gli Hernandez? :mmah:

Colts waived S John Boyett.
Boyett was on the reserve/NFL list due to a knee injury sustained while playing for Oregon last year. That didn't stop him from getting popped for disorderly conduct, public intoxication, and resisting law enforcement at a downtown Indy bar early Monday morning. "You can't arrest me; I'm a Colts player," Boyett reportedly told police.
The sixth-round rookie can no longer make that claim.

Linebacker Aldon Smith and tight end Delanie Walker, teammates the previous two seasons in San Francisco, were named in a lawsuit filed Tuesday in Santa Clara County by a man who claims he was shot during a June 2012 party that Smith hosted at his San Jose, Calif., home.
NFL Network's new prime-time lineup
Ronndale Esporlas, who filed the suit, also alleges that the NFL players illegally fired weapons.
Smith reportedly was stabbed at the party.
According to a copy of the lawsuit obtained by NBC Bay Area, Smith and Walker consumed large amounts of alcohol and were brandishing and firing guns in the air in an attempt to end the party. Smith and Walker allegedly knew the handguns they were brandishing were possessed illegally, according to Esporlas, and fired rounds on numerous occasions. According to the court document, Walker then moved from the balcony of the home to the driveway, where he allegedly fired more rounds into the air and toward some people at the party.
Esporlas claims a group of people near the street then fired shots back at the house, and he was caught in the crossfire. Esporlas says he was shot twice and "sustained serious, catastrophic and permanent injuries," according to the suit.
